How to Make
Your Reservation
and Get a Registration Form to Participate
Step 1.
Identify the package - identify the hotel, departure city and preferred
departure date. Fill out a "Request More Information" form on our website.
Step 2.
After receiving this information in the mail, identify who’s going with
you! We prefer you to sign-up in increments of 4, 8, 12, 16, etc. students.
We have add-on rates if only 2 or 3 students want to stay in a room. The registration
forms and other travel information in the packet are very detailed in their
explanations.
Step 3.
Fill out registration applications and send with $150 first payment.
Step 4.
Each traveling graduate should read tour participant agreement thoroughly
before signing. It is located on the Registration Application, directly
under trip participation information area.
Deadlines approach rapidly! Call for current deadlines on pricing and
availability.
