Student Adventure Travel (SAT) places a high value on the privacy of all information provided to us by users of our websites.  We are currently in the process of updating and refining our privacy policy to reflect recent changes to our sties.

This site contains links to websites that are not under the control of SAT.  SAT is not responsible for the privacy practices or suitability of content of such websites.  Use of our websites is on an "as is" basis.  

Although SAT does not specifically seek to obtain information from children (16 and under), it may be possible for children to provide SAT with personal information in the course of visiting our websites.  We urge children to basically wait until they are a junior or a senior in high school before they begin planning these types of trips.

SAT websites do not make use of web cookies to uniquely identify visitors.

SAT will not reveal any personal information that the user provides to us, except to comply with valid legal process such as a search warrant, subpoena or court order.

The information that is collected is used to contact and/or reply to those users submitting information and to gather broad demographic information about our users. 

SAT uses reasonable precautions to keep the personal information provided to us secure. SAT does contract to sponsors for gathering demographics, psychographics, and active, young adult e-mail addresses.  These items are gathered generally through giveaway entries, cyber profiles, or cyber questionnaires.  These are guaranteed not to be related any tobacco, alcohol, pornographic or gambling promotions to the full extent of our knowledge.
