| Our adult onsite American staff are headquartered
at each destination for our groups and individual students to receive
assistance for most types of traveler's needs. Included are our
GRAD WEEK's Team Activity Staff, Customer Service Reps, and Certified
Emergency Medical Technicians (EMT's). The staff office is professionally
equipped with computers, faxes, radio base station, and is open 24 hours
a day. This office serves as a hub of information for all of our
guests. The phone number(s) of the 24 office(s) is printed in the
departure package of each participant so that parents can contact a member
of our staff on-site 24 hours around the clock.
Uniformed staff members are easily spotted and available for assistance around the clock. These staff members average a 1 per 35 staff to student ratio on-site (highest in the industry). Staffers include teachers, EMT's fire fighters, and other full-time working professionals from our travel company's staff. |
